Broaching Oils
When working with steel or stainless steel, using broaching oil additives can significantly enhance cutting efficiency while prolonging the lifespan of your tools. These lubricants are ideal for tasks such as angular cutting or pipe threading, as they help to reduce both friction and heat. They are particularly well-suited for use with our Magnetic Drills available for hire.
Engine Oils
We have a good range of engine oils designed for STIHL 2 stroke engines such as our popular Petrol Bricksaws, designed to minimise wear and improve lubrication. We can also supply HP Super, a semi-synthetic green oil for cleaner burning, high wear protection and engine efficiency. Ideal for use with our Brush Cutters, Hedge Trimmers or Long Arm Chainsaws, when undertaking landscaping or forestry work.
Whilst operating Petrol Chainsaws and Long Arm Chainsaws, SynthPlus chain oil is a high performance lubricant which prevents resinifection during prolonged downtime.
For Husqvarna equipment with 2 stroke engines, we can supply a high performance oil guard for superior lubrication, friction reduction and wear on components.
Multi-Purpose Grease
FTH supplies multi-purpose cartridges containing lithium/calcium based grease for plant, agricultural, construction and automotive machinery, offering high levels of protection in wet conditions as well as providing anti-wear and corrosion resistance.
For everyday use, you’ll also find in stock the multi-use maintenance aerosol WD-40, which is great for cleaning, corrosion control and lubricating a range of tools and equipment. Supplied with a smart straw for precision spray when needed.
Fuel Cans
Fuel cans are essential if you own, operate or hire construction tools as well as for general motoring use. We stock 5 litre plastic fuel cans, colour coded in red and green for easy recognition. We also supply tough impact resistant 20 litre jerry cans, plus a spout for easy pouring and less spillage. A safe-close lid ensures no leakage of liquid or vapours, and is the safest solution for fuel storage and transportation.
Cleaning Up
Spill pads, or plant nappies as they are sometimes referred to, are a great alternative to drip trays under on-site plant and machinery. They are designed for use outside in the rain as well as other harsh weather conditions, to provide containment of oil and fuel spills for excavators, generators and other site equipment.
In addition, we have a range of handy cleaning consumables for professional tradespeople for hands, tools and surfaces such as Big Wipes, blue paper roll, disposable nitrile gloves and water containers.
