The 5000 Plus crusher can be used to convert building waste such as concrete, bricks, slabs, glass and ceramics into re-usable hardcore, saving waste removal costs.

With an adjustable hydraulic jaw aperture of 500mm x 250mm, the output product size can range from 20mm up to 100mm. Dust suppression is fitted as standard, by means of fine water spray nozzles utilising standard domestic hose pressure.

Once the crusher is driven into position it is simple to operate – just select the desired output size, start the crusher and conveyor system and start to crush. The 5000 Plus features a hydraulic vibrating feeder which is operated via a wireless remote control handset, along with the entire crusher system.
