Phoenix & SST joins FTH Hire Group

Phoenix and SST operate across 8 locations and include, alongside equipment hire, a dedicated Plant Sales dealership and a specialist survey equipment hire and training division. With a team of over 90 staff, Phoenix is predominantly based across South Wales with locations in Swansea, Bridgend, Newport, Pontypridd, Cwmbran and Cardiff, in addition a second Plant Sales depot in Wrexham in North East Wales. SST operates from a separate location also based in Pontypridd. Gerry Marsh, Acquisitions & Development Director at FTH Hire Group says: “The opportunity to bring another well-established business into the FTH family allows us to create a foothold in the Welsh market, continuing to serve a loyal customer base in and around South Wales, adding operational strength to support the wider geographic region.”
