Hire Terms

One day: 24 consecutive hours or 8 hours on Friday.
Additional day: Additional 24 hours.
Weekend: Friday after 2pm to Monday before 10am.
One week: Up to 7 days. After the first week, each day is charged at the pro rata rate i.e one seventh of the weekly rate.

Hire Cancellation

We require a 24 hour notice to cancel a hire once it has been confirmed. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged and/or incur an aborted delivery charge.

Weekend Hire

All equipment hire under the terms of a weekend hire must be collected between 2pm and 4:30pm on Friday and returned before 10am on Monday morning.

Deposit

A deposit will be required for all hires to non-account customers and may vary depending on the hire. The deposit must be made by debit card and may be used to our discretion as part payment towards damage, cleaning, or extended hires.

We have a 24/7 web portal facility to manage your account online, from product selection, ordering and hire management to viewing your outstanding balance and making secure payment online.

Opening Hours

Please find your local hire hub to find out the opening hours. Should you need plant, tools and equipment outside of these hours it would require formal agreement with FTH.
